Product Return Policy
There are 2 (two) options for returning the product:
- If the product is incorrectly processed (you receive a different product from what you ordered)
INTER CONNECTION GROUP – VENUS LLC bears full responsibility for returning the product, only if it is incorrectly processed by us.
Incorrect processing includes: receiving the wrong product.
In this case, you need to contact us at the contact phone number (+389)71-359-770 or send the product to our address:
st.1687 66, 1000 Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.
The product SHOULD NOT be removed from the original packaging and should include the invoice that we sent with it. The costs associated with the return will be covered by us.
If we are unable to replace the product, the user will be offered a refund of the paid amount. The refund will be processed to a transaction account in your name at any bank operating in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
- If the product is damaged
When receiving the product, it is mandatory to check it. Products are sent by INTER CONNECTION GROUP – VENUS LLC in undamaged condition, and we are not responsible for damages that occur after receiving the product. If the product has factory damage, there is a possibility to replace the product, if it is still in stock. The user has the right to use these options within 15 days of receiving the product.
If the product you want to replace is no longer in stock, you will be offered another suitable product or a full refund.
INTER CONNECTION GROUP – VENUS LLC reserves the right to change the “Product Return Policy”.
