Shipping Policy

Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from processing. Delivery is made during the working hours stated at the bottom of this page.

If you live in a village, the order will be delivered to a courier service warehouse in the nearest city, where you can pick it up yourself within 7 days.

Delivery outside of Macedonia is currently not available.

Delivery is made to the door of the address you provide when ordering, if conditions allow it, i.e., free parking or access to the house or building. Please enter an address where someone is usually available to receive the parcel when placing an order. If you have no one available at your home address, please provide your workplace address. If you provide an address where no one is available to receive the parcel, i.e., in case of a change in the delivery address for an already placed order or for re-sending the same parcel, the costs for re-delivery are borne by the buyer.
