By simply rolling the pad, the liquid begins to crystallize, generating a temperature of around 40 degrees Celsius. Once heated, it is placed on the baby’s stomach, but not directly, rather over a diaper or bodysuit (clothing). Afterward, it is reheated and can be used again.
